It's almost HERE
Welcoming in the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year before the slow return of the light.
The world does not slow down. Winter is not a dead season; it is a gestation period. It is the perfect time to do inner healing work and cultivate the systems that will bring your true passion to life with the return of the long days.
When you rush to "bloom" all year round, you can often bypass the deep, fertile work of the root system. This solstice invites you to stop pushing and start listening. It asks you to look at the structures of your life and your internal world and ask: Are these systems supporting my soul consciousness, or are they draining it?
Today’s Channeled Message
"Purify your thoughts. There are many thoughts that are projected onto you that are not yours. Give them back. Also, take responsibility for your own thoughts. Instead of judging thoughts, cultivate loving thoughts. Loving words to people. To situations. Loving thoughts to yourself. How you think effects all of your attachments. How you think effects all of your energies. Purify your thoughts."

TODAY'S QUESTION
This week’s question touches on something we all struggle with, especially when we start doing deep inner work.
The Question:
"I'm stuck in judgment. I have accepted that I am judgmental, I've worked with the energy of judgment, but I can't seem to actually stop judging people. How do I stop being so judgmental?"
The Answer:
Firstly, I've so much gratitude for this question. So many struggle with judgment whether it is towards the self, or projected towards others, it is a common thought that is accompanied by strong emotions. This is one of my favorite emotions, or energies, to address because it is so universal. We often feel shame around being judgmental, but let's look at what it actually is.
Judgment almost always stems from insecurity, fear, guilt, or responsibility. The ego projects judgment outward in order to avoid its own negative emotion of not feeling capable, or not trusting itself. When we point a finger at someone else’s behavior, appearance, or choices, we are momentarily distracting ourselves from our own internal discomfort.
So, how do we shift this? We don't fight the judgment; we hold it. Here are three steps to help you move from judgment to acceptance:
- Notice & acknowledge
When you catch yourself judging someone (e.g., "Why is she talking so loud?"), acknowledge the thought. Just notice it. Then say "Thank you." Acknowledge you are uncomfortable.
- Where is the discomfort?
Once you acknowledge, and speak gratitude to your mind for pointing out your emotion/fear/discomfort, you can then ask yourself where the discomfort is coming from. The mind might say "It's coming from that person!" ------> go to the next step
- Give back / Refocus
Your mind will want to blame the other person, so start with "Okay, if the discomfort is actually being projected towards me, I don't want that, so I send it back to that person." and then choose a thought of acceptance like "That person is allowed to take up space, and make noise."
These steps will help cultivate a mind that chooses love over hate. It will help reshape the pathways in which your mind sends emotions through your body, and it will help you release random attachments from people!
You are a powerful being this world. Use it to shape your mind, your experience, and your expression.
This work of releasing judgment is perfect for the Winter Solstice. As the light returns, you are clearing the fog from your internal windows so you can see more and more clearly again.
You purify thoughts not to be "good," but to be free. And when we stop judging ourselves, we have the energy to build those systems of passion we talked about earlier.
Take this time. Rest in the darkness. Trust that your roots are growing deeper, even if you can't see the fruit just yet.
If you feel called to use this winter season for deep structural repair and spiritual connection, I would love to support you.
